David’s latest course equips you with potent tools for helping clients overcome long held trauma patterns. He explains the neurology of trauma and how our natural defences make it difficult to process trauma that overwhelmed us when we first experienced it.
The key to success is using techniques that activate and focus attention on the mid-brain – which is in the deepest part of the brain – the part focussed keeping us alive. This is done using a range of somatic based techniques that allow clients to process these deeply triggering events subconsciously.
David has found these techniques to be brilliant at helping clients let go of any issues with a large emotional charge – this includes strongly held motivational feelings as well as traumatic memories or feelings.
The course is taught over three days and integrates techniques from psychology, osteopathy and TCM including: Calatonia, advanced diaphragm release, gazespotting, unwinding and felt sense. Together they provide a trully powerful set of skills that can be used to transform clients in both online and face to face sessions.
